This time, I created my artwork using ATAGO Washi,

This time, I created my artwork using ATAGO Washi, the only Japanese paper made by a craftsman in ATAGO, Hamamatsu City. I really like the design that emerges from the organic texture of the washi paper and the linear shadows created by the folding lines!

My production motto is to create beautiful designs with folding lines. These earrings are born from the idea of turning the beauty of origami, which I have honed for 20 years, into a design that can be worn.

今回の作品は浜松市の阿多古で日本で唯一となった和紙職人の阿多古和紙で制作しました。
和紙の有機的なテクスチャーと折り筋が作る直線的な陰影が浮かぶデザインが気に入ってます！

僕の制作モットーは折り筋で美しいデザインを創ること
20年磨いてきた折り紙の美しさが身につけられるデザインにならないか、そんな発想からできた耳飾りです🌸

去年の暮はクラウドファンディングで何と最後の2日で40万円程の支援を頂き、こんなに応援されてるんだな〜と、背中をおされる思いと感動を感じる年末でした。

今年は折り紙で芸術の街パリをオリンピックよりも沸かせて来ます。宜しくお願いします！

To all 2448 of my followers, although it's a bit late, Happy New Year! At the end of last year, in the last two days of my crowdfunding campaign, I received about 400,000 yen in support. It was an end of the year filled with emotion and the feeling of being pushed forward, realizing just how much support we have.

This year, I will make the artistic city of Paris buzz even more than the Olympics with my origami. Thank you for your support!

折り紙は角と角をあわせ一切のズレを許さない数学的規則の美しさが現れたアートだと思っています

それなら正方形の世界から秩序をなくせばどんな美しさがのこるだろう

今回のテーマは"無秩序"
太陽の柔らかな光が折り筋によって反射し無機的な美しさが現れました

Origami is an art form where the beauty of mathematical precision, aligning corner to corner without any deviation, becomes apparent. So, what beauty remains when order is removed from the world of squares?

This time, the theme is "disorder." The soft sunlight reflects through the folds, revealing an inorganic beauty.
